The laboratory of the CRA-API provides analytical services in accordance with a Quality System that includes a customer relationship management approach based on transparency and effective communication.

Since 1998 the Laboratory has been accredited by SINAL, an independent body which certifies the Laboratory’s competence and impartiality in conducting the tests for which accreditation has been granted, after verifying compliance with the requirements of standard EN ISO/IEC 17025.

SINAL and Istituto Nazionale di Apicoltura are party to an accreditation agreement; this agreement and the requirements contained in SINAL documents may be viewed at the Laboratory at the client’s request.

Accreditation is a guarantee of the quality of analytical services, but in no case implies approval of a sample or endorsement of a product by the Laboratory or the Accreditation Body.
The results contained in the Test Reports issued by the Laboratory refer exclusively to the samples submitted to analysis.
